Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • Requests made after 30 days from delivery are not eligible and will not be approved.
  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
  • Product returns are not required and not accepted.

Refund eligibility is strictly limited to the 30-day window from the confirmed delivery date.

Non-Eligible Refunds

The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If your order includes a subscription, it is your responsibility to manage or cancel the subscription within the 30-day guarantee period. Subscription renewals that occur after this window are not eligible for refunds.

Enhanced offers products that can be purchased through a subscription, which will automatically renew unless canceled. By submitting your initial order, you accept and agree to the terms of the auto-renewal offer and understand this Subscription Policy. You will be charged through the payment method you provide every 30 days, or at the delivery cadence of your choosing.

You are responsible for keeping your billing information current, complete, and accurate. Changes can be made through your customer portal or by contacting support.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund Processing

Once a refund is approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us.
